Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026 · Operator: Empire Digital Resources, operating Is Your Traffic Real (“we”, “us”, “our”) · Site: isyourtrafficreal.com · Contact: support@fivetoclose.cloud
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use our website, dashboard, JavaScript tracker (t.js), and related collection endpoints (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Roles and scope
Account holders (site owners). If you create an account and install our script on websites you control, you are typically the controller of end-visitor data for those sites. We process technical visit data to provide, secure, and improve the dashboard. We do not sell or license identifiable visitor-level event data.
End visitors. If you visit a third-party website that embeds our script, that site’s owner chose to install the tool. Their privacy policy also applies. We receive technical data about the visit as described here.
2. Information we collect
A. Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive identifiers Google provides, typically your Google account ID, name, email address, and profile image. We store session cookies so you stay logged in.
B. Site configuration. Domains, labels, and site keys you create in the dashboard.
C. Tracking / analytics data from embedded script. When our script runs on a page, we may process:
- Page origin, path, title, and host; query strings and URL fragments are removed
- HTTP referrer origin/path and derived referrer host; referrer query strings are removed
- UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, term)
- Timestamp, approximate timezone, language, screen size
- A random same-tab session identifier stored in browser session storage; the current tracker does not create a persistent visitor cookie by default
- IP address, user-agent string, and approximate IP-derived city, region, country, coordinates, and timezone
- Coarse bot / automation signals (for example known bot user agents, lack of interaction events)
- Optional interaction flag (whether basic mouse/scroll/key/touch activity was observed)
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers, government IDs, or passwords through the tracker. The free product is not designed to collect form field contents (names, emails typed into forms) unless a future feature is clearly disclosed and configured.
3. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the free tracking dashboard for account holders
- To authenticate users and secure the Service
- To provide approximate visitor maps across registered sites, pages, and funnel links
- To detect likely automated / bot traffic and quality issues
- To debug, prevent abuse, and improve accuracy and reliability
- To allow authorized platform operators (site administrators) to access account, site-configuration, and technical event data as needed to operate, support, secure, and troubleshoot the Service, including investigating install failures, abusive traffic, or support requests
- To communicate about the Service (for example transactional or security emails)
- To create aggregated and de-identified statistics for product reliability, internal benchmarks, and service improvement
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Dashboard (isyourtrafficreal.com). We use a session cookie (iytr.sid) for authentication.
Script on your sites. The current tracker uses browser session storage for a random same-tab journey identifier and removes the persistent _iytr cookie used by early builds. Site owners remain responsible for consent where local law requires it for analytics.
Optional analytics on isyourtrafficreal.com. Our public landing page asks before loading our own tracker or LaunchDock. If allowed, LaunchDock may measure page visits, attribution, clicks, scroll depth, and time on page. The site and Google sign-in work without optional analytics.
Where laws require consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, site owners who embed the script must provide notice and obtain consent from their visitors before or at collection, as required in their jurisdictions (including GDPR/ePrivacy and similar rules).
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies to our processing as a controller, we rely on: (a) contract / steps prior to contract for account features; (b) legitimate interests in securing the Service, preventing abuse, measuring reliability, and improving the product; and/or (c) consent where required for optional analytics. Site owners remain responsible for their own legal basis and notices when deploying the tracker.
6. Sharing and “sale” / sharing disclosures
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure and IP-intelligence providers (hosting, DNS, email delivery, security, approximate geolocation) that process data to provide the Service
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Successor entities in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
Platform operator / site administrator access. By creating an account and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that authorized operators of Is Your Traffic Real (site administrators with privileged credentials) may access, view, and use account information, site configuration (including domains and site keys), and technical tracking/event data associated with your account and embedded scripts, solely for legitimate Service purposes: operating and securing the Service, diagnosing and fixing technical issues, investigating abuse or fraud against the Service, responding to support requests, and enforcing these Terms and this Privacy Policy. That access is limited to authorized operators; it is not a public dashboard and is not a sale of your data. Access may include troubleshooting installs that appear broken, reviewing anomalous event volumes, and verifying that scripts are receiving hits.
California / similar US state laws. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or license identifiable visitor-level event data. You may still submit an access, deletion, correction, or opt-out request at support@fivetoclose.cloud.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and legal compliance. Event-level tracking data is retained for 90 days by default, then automatically deleted. IP-location cache rows are refreshed periodically and removed after the event-retention period when no retained event references them. You may request deletion of your account, site configuration, and associated event data by contacting us.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
9. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where stricter rules apply). We do not knowingly collect account data from children.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, to object or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Account holders can manage sites in the dashboard. Privacy requests: support@fivetoclose.cloud. We may need to verify your request. You may appeal a denial by replying to our decision email. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
12. Do Not Track / GPC
Browser “Do Not Track” is not uniformly standardized. When Global Privacy Control (GPC) is enabled, our public site does not load optional analytics, and the tracker records the GPC signal when a site owner has otherwise chosen to deploy it.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate (for example a banner or email to account holders).
