Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026 · Contact: support@fivetoclose.cloud
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of isyourtrafficreal.com, the free tracking script, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Is Your Traffic Real (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
We provide a free-beta traffic-quality tool: account holders may install a JavaScript snippet on websites they control and view approximate visitor maps across all sites and individual sites, tracked page paths and journeys, sources, and traffic-quality signals in a dashboard. The Service is provided at no charge for ordinary site-owner use during the current beta. We may change features, limits, or availability at any time.
2. Accounts
You must sign in with Google and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@fivetoclose.cloud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
2A. Platform operator access (binding)
You expressly authorize and consent to authorized operators of the Service (site administrators) accessing, viewing, and using: (a) your account profile data (such as name and email associated with sign-in); (b) your site configuration (domains, labels, site keys, install status); and (c) technical event and analytics data generated by scripts you embed, including IP addresses, user agents, approximate geolocation signals, referrers, UTMs, classifications, and page paths. That access is granted for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and troubleshooting the Service; investigating abuse, security incidents, or install/reporting failures; and enforcing these Terms and the Privacy Policy. It is a condition of using the free Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not embed the script. Platform operator access is not a public feature and is not a license for unrelated third parties to browse your dashboard.
3. Your websites and compliance
You represent that you own or are authorized to place our script on each site you register. You are solely responsible for:
- Providing legally required notices to end visitors (privacy policy, cookie banners, consent where required)
- Honoring opt-out and consumer rights requests that apply to you as a site operator
- Ensuring your use of tracking data complies with advertising, telemarketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws
- Not using the Service to stalk, harass, discriminate unlawfully, or violate others’ rights
A short disclosure template for your privacy policy is available at /disclosure.
4. License to the script
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed our tracker on sites you control for lawful analytics. You may not reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited restrictions are not allowed by law, resell access as a competing hosted tracker without permission, or use the Service to build a substantially similar product by scraping our systems.
5. Data use
Technical data collected through the Service is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free right to process that data to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; to create internal aggregated statistics; and to permit authorized site administrators to view account, site, and event data as described in Section 2A and the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or license identifiable visitor-level event data.
You retain ownership of your pre-existing site content. Between you and us, we own the Service software and brand.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: overload or attack the Service; attempt unauthorized access; use the Service on properties involving illegal content, exploitation of minors, or malware; falsify traffic against the Service; or use it to collect sensitive personal data categories without a lawful basis and clear notice. We may rate-limit or block traffic that threatens stability or security.
7. No professional advice; accuracy
Bot scores and quality flags are best-effort estimates based on technical signals. They are not guarantees, legal conclusions, or fraud determinations. Do not make high-stakes decisions solely on the dashboard without independent verification.
8. Intellectual property
“Is Your Traffic Real”, the site design, logos, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
9. Third-party services
Google sign-in is provided by Google. Approximate IP geolocation is provided through an IP-intelligence service. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT TRAFFIC CLASSIFICATIONS WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your sites, your deployment of the script, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting support@fivetoclose.cloud. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach or risk to the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive, including disclaimers and limitations, will survive termination.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires another process.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your residence require otherwise. Courts located in the United States will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer venue rights.
